R K Group of Institutions was established by Mr. K Sivanagi Reddy in the year 1995. The educational philosophy at R K Group of Institutions transcends traditional boundaries, emphasizing holistic development and a steadfast commitment to social responsibility.

The institution offers a spectrum of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, ranging from nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, paramedical to allied health sciences. Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

BPT program offers an integrated approach to learning Physiotherapy, research and clinical practice. The curriculum has a very strong focus on professional skills and knowledge necessary for contemporary practice. We emphasize the role of research and importance of evidence based practice throughout the course.

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

GNM referred as General Nursing and Midwifery it deals with the education of nurses in general health care, nursing, and midwifery. It is a 3 years long Diploma program. The academic program is 3 years long and 6 months are dedicated towards internship. Internship is mandatory. This programme will boost you in career prospects. After completing this course, successful candidates may register themselves as a registered nurse or midwife with state nurse registration council.

Post BSc Nursing is Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (P.B B.Sc Nursing)

is also an undergraduate programme for those who have undergone the diploma in general nursing and midwifery course, and already providing their nursing services in hospital, health centers and public health setting to get an opportunities degree in nursing. The course is specifically directed to the upgrading of critical thinking skills, competencies and request for practice of professional nursing and midwifery.

Master of science in nursing (M.sc)

This is a post graduate programme designed to prepare nurses for leadership position in nursing and health fields who can function as nurse specialist, consultants, educators, administrators and researchers in a wide varieties of professional settings in meeting the national priorities and the changing needs of the society. This programme provides an opportunity to post masteral programmes in nursing and doctoral studies in nursing. Further the programme encourages accountability and commitments to life long learning which fosters improvement of quality nursing care to individual and groups in need.

Pharmacy

This program provides students with a solid foundation in pharmacy principles and equips them by focusing on practical skills for working in pharmacies. They will be taught to prepare, mix, compound or dispense drugs and medicines, ointments, powder, pills, tablets and injections on the prescription of a medical practitioner, dentist or veterinarian.

Paramedical

The Paramedical program at RK Group of Institutions is designed to provide students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the healthcare sector. Our program offers a blend of theoretical learning.

ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES

Allied health professionals support diagnosis, recovery, and quality of life. They provide direct patient care in virtually every specialty; deliver scientific support in clinical laboratories; offer numerous rehabilitation services; manage and provide data critical to seamless patient care and diagnosis; operate sophisticated diagnostic equipment; contribute to broader public health outcomes; provide critical care support in intensive care units
